As a producer of premium packaging, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality printing services. To ensure smooth cooperation, please read the following guidelines regarding the preparation of packaging files for our printing house:

File Preparation

File Format: The print shop accepts composite files in CMYK along with additional colours. Preferred file formats are PDF, AI with attached or embedded bitmaps.

Fonts: Packaging files should have fonts converted to curves to guarantee the expected appearance of the text.

Resolution: Raster graphics, to achieve high print quality, should have a recommended resolution — minimum 300 dpi.

Bleeds: Bleeds in the packaging file should be 3 mm on each side (laminated packaging after 5 mm), ensuring an appropriate margin for graphic elements.

We encourage you to read our documentation. It contains a detailed specification regarding graphic preparation and a standard file for packaging preparation. Both documents explain in detail the issues related to the preparation of materials for our packaging printing house.

FTP Login Details

We provide an FTP server for easy uploading of large files. Please pack all materials sent using ZIP or RAR programs. Send them to the server using any FTP client (for example, Total Commander) with passive mode selected for data transfer.
